Forte System Outage Schedule

Forte Managed Infrastructure Notification of Planned Maintenance Windows for 2020

Applications

Starting in March 2020, operating system updates will be applied using automated tools. During these periods once a month, there will be a single, brief restart of the application server running your product(s) for 5 minutes between the hours of 12am and 4am Central Time each month on the following schedule:

Non-Production Apps 1st Saturday of each month
Production Apps 3rd Saturday of each month

Databases

Maintenance tasks include applying the latest database security updates, operating system updates and general maintenance tasks. Maintenance windows for database servers will run on a quarterly basis on the following dates from 6:00am to 2:00pm Central Time, and will impact all applications as noted below.

February 1, 2020 February 15, 2020
May 2, 2020 May 16, 2020
August 1, 2020 August 15, 2020
November 7, 2020 November 21, 2020

Please note that non-Production and Production maintenance is separated by a two week period of time. The above schedules will be in effect for all Forte Managed Infrastructure products listed below:
